Tamarindo Sunshine Vacation Rentals are located in a highly desirable location, just 50 meters from the beach and our pristine coastline here in Tamarindo Bay. These are newly built, short term apartments that are available for up to 90 days at a time and back up to a green zone, or “zona verde”.   

Surrounded by the lush, green jungle, this modern unit allows you to really get into the heart of nature and fully enjoy your holiday. The surrounding area is home to a variety of wildlife, including howler monkeys, iguanas, armadillos and raccoons.  You don't need to travel away from your apartment to fully experience the thrill of watching wildlife right from your home!

We also have many different types of fruit trees (Mango, Passionfruit, Lime, Mandarine, Lemon Grass, Papaya, Banano) on the property that you can enjoy right from the tree.

Our modern apartments offer one bedroom and one bathroom with a small outdoor patio (or balcony if you’re on the second floor). The bedroom is outfitted with a high quality mattress which offers the comfort that you want and need. The rental also features a small kitchenette where you can make your meals.

Our property also features an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after time spent on the beach. We plan to add additional backyard features, such as a BBQ, in the near future.  The outdoor patios and balconies are the perfect place to enjoy our tropical Costa Rica sunshine and jungle sounds, free from the noise of the city center in Tamarindo.

Our home is also located on the property and we treat everyone who rents from us like our family.  We have been living in Tamarindo since it was just a one block town…we were even one of the first homes on the road to Langosta to have TV and a phone! Since then, we have welcomed many people here from around the world, each of them touching our lives in wonderful ways.  We have created these new apartments so that we can have more people visit us and join our international family at Sol de Tamarindo!
